can we have cross-play with Xbox and PS alone?!

It's funny how gaming "journalists" kept saying how amazing cross-play is before we actually got it. Not that we got it, they keep crying about it.

I said it that this is not the biggest thing in gaming but journists made it the biggest thing in gaming. I also said that it isn't good for gamers and now people see why.

It's also better with dedicated servers but I guess Koticks $7billion personal wealth can't stretch to that. Also domination sux because every kid wants to be a scout sniper & nobody goes for objectives. I'm at level 142 I've put in countless hours & I can say the game is very mediocre.

I enjoy the crossplay tbh, having fun don't mind playing pc are xbox players on my ps4.

I’m not going to turn off crossplay because I don’t care enough at the moment but... I had already expected the racism to go through the roof but somehow it exceeded my expectations. I game on everything. All consoles and PC. However the last real HEAVY racist game on PlayStation was Socom on PS2.

On Every Xbox and PC it’s so common it’s natural. Sad but true. Used to mess people up in splinter cell on Xbox, but no “GG”. It’s “N you must not have a job, N blah blah.“. I play every genre so it’s not limited to shooters. Tekken? Street Fighter? Cataan? Yep. Even league of damn legends and it doesn’t even have voice chat. You mad? Then type away cause they must be a N. Ridiculous.

Needless to say, I play on my PS and Nin consoles more than anything Since PS3. I can probably count the racist stupidity I’ve encountered from PS3- PS4 before modern warfare as 20 times in all these years. (That’s PS3 and 4 combined) In my experience it’s just a lot more mature audience that trash talk, as common as that is and fun, about the game, you suck, sell the console, get an Xbox, blah.
With Modern Warfare I’ve probably doubled that number and it’s been less than a month. In fact I’m sure I have. And it’s always that dude that has the PC or Xbox next to their name. Cool thing about the PC users is they even type stuff out. Racist Clan Tags? Yepppp! Racist Screen names? You betcha! I told my friends that play only on PlayStation get ready for it and crossplay did not disappoint.

(Edit- Hispanics and Asians get blasted too. Kicking ass with Mexican/Japanese flag? 😡😡)

I wish I could enable console-only crossplay. You get obliterated by the mouse& keyboard guys

I would have crossplay off. KB/M is far superior with aiming.

My only wish is that I get to choose which platforms, I want to crossplay with. I'd love to be able to play with my Xbox friends, but not PC sweats who run the game at 240 FPS and can hear you coming from the other side of the map

* I'm on Xbox, and been playing a lot with my brother on PC who plays KB&M, so 90% of the time I'm facing a room half full of PC players.

I can still keep up and beat a lot of them most games, but yea occasionally my brother will get 23 kills where I only get 18. There is a difference, but Console gets Aim Assist............PC does not, so it does somewhat even out.

Who the fuck complains about having an option? So long as you don't get into a lobby with a group who has a PC player the game is fair. Not to mention I have actually won against teams with PC players on them. Get Good....

Ground war forces you to have it enabled.

Pc players most always have an advantage when it comes to a 1 on 1 gunfight

honestly I have not noticed any PC players doing any better than anyone else in the matches I have played, if your good with controller you can easily match keyboard and mouse in my opinion

Glad to know. I don't want crossplay so next time I play I will turn it off . I am glad the option is there for those who want it and those who don't.

would have at least been nice to have a console cross play and an all cross play. PC users are at a severe advantage vs console players, but no reason why Xbox and PS4 users couldn't easily co-exist.

Cross play has been my favorite addition to the game i play ps4 but i have friends on pc and xbox and we have all been playing together regularly it's honestly the future of how games should be played.

We do have a disadvantage when one friend decides to kb/m play but in all honesty it actually makes you a better player having to play against kb/m users.

After spending so long at the bottom of the pack on pc i'm now actually having my regular ps only games improve as my skill level does

It's actually much better with crossplay as a PC player, since history shows PC will be dead in the coming weeks. This gives us the chance to play with the peasants beneath us. <3

I use a controller on PC, I can talk about peasants like that. Because I still am one.

These things always take time to sort out.

I am disappointed ground war requires crossplay, but it nice that you can disable the feature for the other modes. More choice for gamers is always better.

I would have thought the crossplay would be a great idea when there are less online players and therefore being able to find a game easily. For instance in 6-12 months time.
Where no it seems more of a pc player v ps or xbox v pc etc.
There are plenty of players now, leave the option to toggle cross play or not till the player cound drops somewhat before forcing it upon us please.

With all that said though, I'm enjoying this game regardless. Sure there are tweeks to be had but most of what players are complaining about are small issues that can be ironed out in time.

First started playing, almost always last of the lobby, game was unplayable. Remembered that it had cross play, disabled it: almost at the top of the lobby.
