The First of Us: The Precursor Legacy, the first days of the cordycep outbreak. Set in the play style and world setup, aesthetic of Jax and Daxter where you have to collect orbs of the virus in an attempt to stop the outbreak. Zany guns and lots of platforming, racing and boss battles, starring a young Joel and Tommy. Meeting characters like Tess, Bill and Ish along the way.

I would love to see a fantasy RPG from them.

I'd prefer them to stick to a strong narrative based linear experience, it's clearly what they excell at.

I really want to see what they would bring to the table with a First Person perspective story game.

FPS games seem so stale with no fresh ideas anymore.

Sci-fi action RPG Dead Space-esqe type game from Sony would be dope! Also, ND would make a great Syphon Filter Reboot or maybe acquire the rights to one more Marvel character and do a Punisher video game. So many options for Sonys talented teams. Can’t wait to see what they pick!

I would like to see them go and embrace full-on stealth genre. most of their games have elements of stealth in them so I could really see them delving deep into a stealth game akin to MGS or splinter cell. I could really see them pulling off something amazing tbh.

Add some fun depth/mechanics in a game other than shooting enemies, finding collectibles that serve absolutely no purpose, and choosing upgrades from simplistic skill trees. Xenoblade needs some healthy competition for Sony fans, and they have their own 1st party rpg they could learn from in Dark Cloud 2 or Rogue Galaxy. Combing weapons, crafting, town building, creatures to collect, townspeople to recruit and loads of other (optional) things to do (other than side quests where you do more of exactly what the story asks of the player) should be welcome in all games. Depending on the quality & passion of the developer, why would anyone argue against this. Makes no logical sense

1. Add investigation gameplay.
2. Develop Political Factions.
3. Develop theme of Ongoing War both internal & external.
4. Occult Themes.
5. Exploration forests, Abandoned Towns, Sewers, Tombs ect..
So much more potential than Uncharted & TLOU 🤔

Open world, Sci Fi, Survival Horror would be great I love the games Naughty Dog pumps out personally I'd be down for a platformer or a real good shooter. A new platformer with new characters basically a new franchise that Sony could use further down the road. Even a new shooter added to Sony's arsenal would be good I love Resistance, Killzone depending on the game is a good franchise to but a new shooter franchise would also be great.

Make a third person shooter, where there is a strong male lead. Have him have a son... no its 2020. A daughter, or daughter stand in.

For the sequel, sideline male character for female and add some poc that kicks main characters ass to show spotlight. Heavy hand feed some sjw points peppered thru out game. Somewhere in game have main character pic up a polygon magazine and mention how insightful it is.

Something in a sci-fi setting with horror elements. I would love to see what kind of stories Naughty Dog could tell in this kind of setting.

Whatever they do it will no doubt be incredible.

Science Fiction or The Last of Us: Part III

I don't think they can do any other genre besides cinematic action-adventure games/thirs person shooter. The current team is incapable of doing anything else.

Easy to answer. We need is The Last Of Us 3, 4 and 5. Forget Uncharted series, I really love the apocaliptc world of TLOU. The gameplay is fantastic and the stories that Naughty Dog tells are mindbreaking. I think we dont need right now the continuation of Ellies stories. But it is a new world with a lot more of people who deserve to have their stories told.

They only know how to make movie/cinematic action games, so they should stick with what they can do. "Branching out" would be a huge mistake.
