No he isn't.

Casillas is a shadow of the keeper he once was 5 years ago when he won the world cup. Everyone knows De Gea has surpassed Casillas.

Buffon was better 10 years ago too at his peak when he won his world cup, and he's still better now even though he is older. He performed at the 2014 world cup, still number 1 in Italy's goal.

I would want to see him the premier league. Ronaldo did it, so how good would Messi be in a more phyical faster league? It's well known he doesn't cover as much ground as many players.

The German league is also uncompetitive at the top at the moment because Bayern have hoovered up all the talent there for a while now.

Lulz called it yesterday. Palace not to be underestimated at home.

It's over now, City only need a win and a draw

The twist will be Liverpool struggling against Palace on Monday night.

Palace have actually been rather good, and the only reason I felt City turned them over last week was because they got an early goal.

If Liverpool can't get an early goal, they will have a difficult night.

How did Liverpool manage to get away with the blatant Sakho lunge on Dzeko which was a definite penalty and possibly a red card, the Suarez swan dive which should have been a second yellow and had him sent off and the obvious handball punch clear from Skrtel at the end in the area which was a cast iron penalty?

Amazing game.

Mata won't got to Liverpool. Chelsea won't sell and Mata wouldn't want to go. Atletico Madrid seem also interested and he would obviously go there before Liverpool

The team that kicks off season 2014/15 is gonna look very different from the one that is around now I reckon

That may not be a bad thing either

Nice win that meant nothing in the competition

England can get out of that group, but they have to actually play reasonably well at a tournament which has not happened since WC 2002.

I'm pretty sure the Italians and Uruguay are no happier about the situation than England are.

It is a tougher group and the performances have to come immediately, its not like the 'easy' group in 2010 helped anyway did it? If you play poorly, you'll rightly get booted out.

The point is if Engl...

Top class striker will develop into a world class one in a few years, still only 20!

Do you think Spain would do it with that specific intention? Really?

Spain, the World and European champions, worried about South Africa scoring some ranking points off them in a meaningless friendly?

Okaaaayyyyyyyyyy

Bayern would beat anyone, they are on fire right now. They are in their prime, this is their Barcelona 09. They seem incredible.

But just like Barcelona 3-4 years ago where it seemed the bar was raised too high for anyone to match, it eventually lowers.

It happens when key players age, or the chemistry changes.

Bayern have a bunch of world class players in the absolute prime of their careers. Robben is 29, Ribery is 30, Lahm is 29, Schweinste...

Pretty sure it's the CEO responsible. It would never have happened with David Gill there. Ed Deadwood has zero experience running a clubs transfers and zero footballing contacts. Just look at the business Spurs did and largely I would put it down to the men who make them happen like Baldini

One player makin ya title challengers huh? Dont think so somehow.

Arsenal finished 16 points behind the leaders last season, obv you need more than one new player

Liverpool fans are just delusional idiots. Brenda has spent 45 million just to go from 8th to 7th. You trail Everton once again in the league, should have lost last weekend when a legit Everton goal was ruled out.

Classic to also talk about history. That's all you talk about because that's all you have! Everton are a better side NOW. The league table isn't lying. You have this massive wage budget and spend the past few years but yet again Everton are going to fi...

Liverpool fans disses Moyes credentials.

Look at Liverpool spending the past 5 years. Look at Everton.

Now look at the league table. Case closed.

Everton are just 7 points off a champions league spot after spending nothing for years. They also should have beaten Liverpool last weekend as a perfectly legit goal was ruled out.

Liverpool are going to finish below Everton once again after spending a fortune. If Moyes had that 150...

Nani lifted his leg to control the ball and watched it all the way over his shoulder, it was a 50 50 at worst and the real madrid player went down like a sack o spuds despite being caught under the arm not in the head or in the chest. The madrid player charged into it. Just a simple 50 50.

Maybe a yellow card for the leg being too high but if you get straight reds for having a high leg these days they should ban overheads kicks!

How many times in a game do yo...
