I don't see the what the point of this award is. How can one player be the best player in the world. I would like to see Messi or C. Ronaldo play as CBs or goal keepers and and be the best in that position too. Otherwise the Ballon D'or should be split into more categories depending on players trades. Goal Keepers, Defenders, midfielders and forwards at least.
Apparently he is a trouble maker, so not sure if I want him in the squad. If he behaves then it's ok. It's true we need a fighter in the CDM position, but I would like someone like Song, hard worker, calm and efficient. Diaby can be a hard worker and efficient, but can lose control when the physical battles become intense. However, I wouldn't mind that if at least his legs became indestructible for at least half a season.
If only smaller teams in La Liga would have a go at the two big teams every time they play, they may not lose so easily most of the time.
Alright, I'll bite. As an Arsenal fan, I think yes in certain situations, that is. Tottenham have had good signings recently like Van Der Vaart among them. However, if you think about it, many of those signings may not have made to the Arsenal starting squad that easily. Look at Van Der Vaart(2010) for example, I doubt that he would have been able to beat Fabregas to that CAM role if he had signed for Arsenal. I really doubt he would have liked to be a bench warmer knowing that he is good...

He IMO was really unlucky that he came when Arsenal had RVP injury free and on form. When he came he was actually doing well for the team and helping more than Giroud did at the beginning. On top of that he seemed to be a better one two passer too. When RVP came back he lost his place instantly. I feel sad for that, though in the end RVP did great for us, maybe if he had played a little more, his confidence would not have been shattered. If he leaves I wish him success where ever he goes.

Kagawa has been out for some games due to injury. Cazorla has played many good games, but many that were kind of poor for him. Hazard may be the best of them three, but the fact that Chelsea play with a bad striker at least half of the time means that his contributions have been greatly for nothing.
If Suarez stays out of trouble with the refs then he can lead Liverpool to compete again with the top 4 contenders again.
