This is a great signing. Now Moyes can instruct Rio to long ball pass to Fellaini.
Good win for us. Happy to see us defend an early-goal lead throughout the match, other seasons we would've conceded. Needed to work on keeping the ball in 2nd half though.
Skrtel and Agger were fantastic, kept Welbeck and RVP quiet. Now that we have Sakho and Toure coming back from injury, it's going to be quite a CB dilemma since they are all quality.
Wow, overpriced
Unfair to Villa
Yeah if you actually watched the game you will see the Begovic won MOTM because if his insane saves. Liverpool could have scored 3 more goals that game.
And liverpool plan on signing 1-2 more players. So yes, AFC and Spurs will be buying but so will we.
Not to mention Suarez will be back in 5 games.
And I do think LFC are a good shout for top 4. Arsenal look thin, and Chelsea were very average vs Hull and AV considering the players they have.
@vulcanproject
"Everton are a better side"
LOL
Compare the trophy cabinets. Are you seriously going to wipe away all that success Liverpool had just because of a few recent seasons, as the club is rebuilding and gaining stability since the old owners have lead the club to near demise?
....
And yes our wage bill is higher because we have better and more players.
And you have yet to admit the fact that ...
I love this appointment for two reasons.
1) Everton will be weaker
2) Man Utd. will be weaker
He will never be as good of a manager as Ferguson, and it is indeed a risky appointment as he never won anything with Everton.
Actually, this season LFC had its worst record against the top teams. http://stats.football365.co...
We are actually ranked 3rd when it comes to playing the bottom half opponents:

I don't think LFC are game raisers, it's just that BR improved th...
To be fair to jak3y13oy, he is one of the more unbiased Man Utd fans here on 11x2, as opposed to users like vulcanproject and buddymaggo

You both should take off your man-u blindfolds before you type
Quite a bold statement to say that Sturridge will never be as good as Demba Ba. At Sturridge's age, Ba was playing 3rd division French football. Sturridge has been playing in the best league for quite a few seasons now, and can only get better. Not to mention he is on less wages.
Rodgers already has a system to put Sturridge in the central role since that's his best posi...
Except the fact that Sturridge has not hit his prime yet, and has a higher resale value than Ba.
Liverpool build squads and buys players for the long-term not for a season or 2, which explains why we have the youngest squad in the EPL.
I agree with all these comments.
Wow what the hell happened. Can't believe we lost last week to this flaming pile of poo..
Amazing win, great response from the Villa game. Should've been like 6-0 Agger missed a simple tap-in and Suarez could've gotten another earlire.
Walcott has already stated that him (and his dad) are LFC supporters.
I don't know how much Rodgers rates Walcott. Rodgers wants someone with lots of game intelligence. I do know that Walcott has been mismanaged at Arsenal so I feel that if he wants to move his career forward he needs to leave. Given that he will be sold for a bargain this January, I wouldn't mind him although I would definitely start Sterling over him.
Wow I am shocked. I thought winning the champions league would make him stay there for a few years. To be honest with you I never found RDM to be a good tactician, he was just good at getting the better of some players and the squad had plenty of talent like hazard and mata who would do well regardless of manager. I guess now other clubs have figured out how Chelsea plays.
I hope rafa doesn't get the job because he deserves better than roman. Besides. He could do wonders...
January is a tough transfer windows. Rodgers already said he will sign a couple of players, which is good enough for me. A striker and perhaps a winger would be nice. We probably don't need a midfielder since Lucas will be back by then
Suarez on fire, 10 in 12 :D
Good tactical change by Rodgers, the team much more fluid in 2nd half
You could just argue the other way around. The Big clubs in England put the Premier League first in priority, all other leagues are peripheral.
I am in!
