I agree. I hope they do get relegated. Serves them right.
Not gonna happen
They'll win cuz they've been the best team by far. This title was pretty much handed to us on a silver platter but we f**ked up big time.
We put up a good fight but Barca deserves the win. This is the most lethal Barca yet, especially because of their front three. I think to stop them, you need to hope MSN collectively have a bad day. Let's just solely focus on the league for now. COYG.
LOL. I think it's cuz this is a shock result. Everyone expected them to easily win these minor trophies, after all, they beat all the best teams in Europe easily last season.
Messi has officially won the Ballon d'Or with that performance alone. This Barca is even more dangerous than Pep's. Even if you manage to mark Messi out of the game with 3 players like before, there are 2 more lethal attackers who can do some serious damage. Even before Messi decided to take things in his own hands and finish off Bayern, if Suarez and Neymar were more clinical, Barca could have ended the tie in the first half itself. Rakitic was the second best player on the pitch imo...
Bale shouldn't start anymore, Marcelo was the worst player on the pitch. Juventus will park the bus in the next leg and try to hurt Real on the counter. It's gonna be very difficult for Real to get through.
Ikr, he's been absolutely brilliant this year. This tie was over last week so he was just saving himself from getting exhausted.
City are just terrible right now. I expect Pellegrini to get the sack in the summer. It's gonna be crazy next season cuz United and City are gonna go on a all out bidding war on almost every big players available for sale in Europe. Pls fix the attachment.
Messi is finally back to his very best. He did everything but score in this game. Lol. If he continues to play like this, he will win the Ballon d'Or. He's arguably the greatest to ever play the game. Ronaldo should stop throwing a fit every time his teammate scores instead of him and learn from Messi. He needs to become more selfless and start working for the team because only scoring goals doesn't make you the best player on the pitch like Messi showed yesterday.
I can't believe we lost 3-1 to them at the Emirates. Did they even have a shot on goal last night? This was our best chance to quarters after 5 years and we screwed it up!
Bayern's definitely the favorites in the Champions League to me! They have a more complete team compared to the other contenders and they play the best football. Barca looks like the only team that can stop them but it's only their front three that can cause some damage. Bayern's insane pressing can cancel them out by making sure the ball never gets to MSN.
Chelsea were outplayed by ten men at home, smh. For a team that is having a commanding lead in the Premier League table that is really bad. Hazard never turns up for the big games. Costa was terrible. Heck, the premier league has been very poor in Europe in recent years. Even with the big money coming in, I still think they'll perform badly mainly because the money will most likely be spent on overpriced and overrated players. Look at City for example, they've spent over a billion dol...
That miss only gives City a false hope. I expect Barca to win comfortably at Camp Nou. The premier league just doesn't have any team that can match Real, Bayern, Barca or Atleti.
Scoring isn't the only thing that's important for a forward. Messi, Neymar and Suarez have been amazing together recently, especially against Atletico. I hardly doubt they'll let either one of them go especially when they have so much potential as an attacking trio.
That was beautiful
He turned Man United down not Arsenal before leaving for Spurs
Wow Spurs have found another great talent in Kane. Hope Madrid comes calling soon. :D
True. It's gonna be more even than people think. They have one of the best defensive records in the Champions league. If they score first, we're screwed.
I, honestly, rather Arsenal not qualify for any European competition. Realistically speaking, no English team has got a chance with Real, Barca, Juve, Bayern or Atleti competing for the Champions League. All English teams have been depressingly woeful in recent years. I'd rather Arsenal focus solely on the league, like Chelsea and Leicester did to win it, than just qualify for UCL and not do anything.
