Except it seems, in Uruguay, where their TV images seemed to show something else as they have all seemed to miss it. Their complete justification to the whole situation is an embarrassment. How will this guy ever learn if his own FA can't condemn his actions.
He should get a longer ban for not having the guts to stand up and apologise and then spin lies. "I fell into his shoulder and banged my teeth", FIFA should add a month just for denial. Did he not see the footage. ...

In a way I agree. Real Madrid make a joke of the transfer market. They have spent millions in the last few years just looking for marque signings and haven't reached the champions league final.
If they can't afford the money out right then they should not be allowed to bid, simple as that.
I'm not a Spurs fan it just seems that when it comes to the transfer market Real Madrid operate under different rules, here is an idea for them, scout them young and make them gr...

You can't park the bus and counter attack like that. So much poor knowledge on here (They subdued Madrids key players). Manchester United had far to many good chances to be parking the bus as you say.

"parking the bus" = having your whole team in your half for 90 mins, getting a corner and scoring.

I think the official stats, were Man Utd, 15 shots, Real Madrid, 14 shots.

I'm sorry but if you play football you would be annoyed as anything at getting sent of for that. On your logic, you could say Arbaloa could see Nani's foot was up to control the ball but carried on running in to him endangering himself.

Any self respecting fan,no matter who they support should except the ref made a mistake and it was a booking at most, otherwise it could set a precedent that could only ruin football in general.

Thats a lot of boasting for what was an average performance. For your sake I hope at some point you avoid Bayern Munich because I would make them favourites to win it from what I've seen.

Also, did Madrid not rest a few players on Saturday, you know, as they can't win the league.

At the end of the day a footballer does not have to play for their country if they don't want to. Injury is part of the game and I think all footballers know that. We have to be careful how far it goes because before you know there will be all kinds of contracts flying around between FA's and clubs.

No offence but to build a team you need a manager. Last time I looked Chelsea still have no manager.
Usually if you want to be guaranteed your position and you will play you usually chat with the guy picking the team. Looks like the next boss will be another puppet in the Russians pantomime.

I'm sorry your defending an owner who goes through managers like no one else. He is not building a foundation because for that you need stability.

Hold on, let me get this correct, are you saying Chelsea are a more attacking football team than Man Utd?

If so, can you please show me some stats to back it up.(hint, you won't find them)

The argument is that Hazard said he was going for football reasons, which even you admit he was not.

The guy says he wants regular football, wants to play his favourite position, the club that offered him this would be favourites. May I point out Chelsea DON'T have a manager, therefore he has been promised this by the owner. How can anyone manage a club like that? they can't.
The guy went for money, it's as simple as that.

Nice try. The image is distorted as it's a photo from a tv screen. The verticals are not vertical which means every other angle is also distorted. Nice try though.
It's a very dodgy picture, almost as if it's been slightly squeezed to convince.
I mean, even John Terry said it was not over and he was on the line.

How where they lucky? More procession, more shots, more shots on target and more goals. Ignorance really does follow some people around.

@ZizouZidane10
Yeah and Madrid where a glowing reference to football in last years champions league semi final. Your comments like a poke in the eye...... ;)

You construct such a mature and well defined comment, I'm sure they will take note.

I usually keep it neutral but I'm afraid Suarez was in the wrong today, for a guy who wants to put all this behind him he seems to be going out of his way to keep the attention firmly on himself.

.....recalls champions league last year...........nope there was definitely more than one diving around in that pantomime.

Most embarrassing football matches I have ever watched, very difficult to convince people there where any sportsmen on that pitch.

From what I watched recently, there has not been a lot of improvement from either team.

It makes no difference how it is said.

If you are at work and say something you think is a joke but someone else finds it offensive they can legally force a grievance against you in which you could easily be suspended and in theory sacked.

If a person is offended then it is an insult, simple as that.

Also I don't know what experts are saying if he said it once as a joke its ok, because they are wrong. Who is anybody to say whether somebo...

@neoragex

I'm not sure what you were saying but I found your comment to be unacceptable and there fore redundant for any argument you were trying to make.

Call me ignorant but is this the same Suarez who just got a one match ban for giving the finger to the crowd?

He admitted to saying it, it does not matter how many times he said it. He admitted it, it was wrong and he should except it like a man with a full apology.

4496d ago 1 agree2 disagreeView comment

I don't care, he admitted to saying it at least once, ban should stick. Same with Terry if he is found guilty. There is no place for it. Arguing about how many times he says it makes you sound like your condoning it so be careful.

Plus form what I have seen Gae seems to know very little about what's going on in the box.

4496d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

No offence but if Suarez was innocent he would have been calm, your only innocent until proven guilty, inconsistency shows you are lying because you can't remember what you have already said, therefore putting yourself under pressure.

4496d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Right, its simple as this. The guy has said something offensive, has admitted it and then tried to use cultural differences to squirm away with the most annoying man of 2011 Kenny "the world is against me" Daglish)offering full support.
Cultural differences are not an acceptable excuse. If you or I took a job in another country we would go out of our way to learn about cultures etc and surely would be advised about do's or dont's.
Liverpool are treating him a...
