Manchester City have agree a fee with Aston Villa for England international James Milner.
The 24-year-old has been tracked by City for most of the summer and it now appears as though Roberto Mancini will get his man.
Milner has been at Villa's training ground on Tuesday morning but will now travel to Manchester to undergo a medical with the City of Manchester Stadium outfit.
