Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon has pulled out of the England squad for next week’s Euro 2012 qualifier against Montenegro with a back injury with Fabio Capello calling up Stewart Downing to take his place.
It had previously been reported that the Spurs man had missed training but, according to Sky Sports, it has now been confirmed that Lennon has returned to his club for treatment after complaining of a sore back.
Unlucky for him
