City has a lot of great player. I will call them "stars"! You can`t compare every team to Barca becaguse Barca is a level above other teams. But if you compare Citys players with other top clubs: Milan, Inter, Lyon, Bayern Munich and also ManU and Chelsea they have players at same level!
