Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti blames lack of confidence for Wolves defeat

Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti admits his team are lacking in confidence after they slumped to a 1-0 defeat against Wolves at Molineux.

The reigning champions were behind courtesy of a Jose Bosingwa own goal after five minutes, but were unable to break down a dogged home side for the remaining 85 minutes of the match with Didier Drogba's rasping shot against a post midway through the second half their closest effort of the match.
Ancelotti's team now find themselves one point off Tottenham Hotspur and in fifth, outside the Champions League places, following a desperate run of form which has seen them win just one match in nine Premier League games and the Italian admitted that his team was going through a "difficult moment".
Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Ancelotti said: "I do not feel good because it is a very difficult moment.

I still hope they don't fire him, but if they do, they'll most likely sign Frank Rikjaard.
