Roy Hodgson has cancelled his scheduled press conference today in a sign that the pressure is getting to him.
The beleaguered Liverpool boss was due to speak to the media at 1.30pm, but the club sent out an email saying it had been cancelled at 11.45am.
Instead Hodgson will speak to the club website about Sunday's FA Cup third round tie at Manchester United.
It is believed Hodgson will be in charge at Old Trafford on Sunday, although his reign has only days left to run.
The Liverpool owners have come to their senses!
