Bayer Leverkusen's new coach Robin Dutt has welcomed the decision of Germany national team boss Joachim Low not to select veteran midfielder Michael Ballack for future internationals.
Ballack was told on Thursday by Low that he had no prospect of adding to his 99 caps and the former Bayern Munich man rejected the offer of a farewell game against Brazil.
