Until messi proves himself in any other team apart from barcelona, he simply cannot be considered one of the greatest of all time!! Players like zidane, Ronaldo, maradona etc... all proved there class on the international stage and in multiple leagues and teams. Judging by the way Messi struggles to make an impact for Argentina I think he would find it hard in a league like the EPL.
If you have been watching the premiership this season...then you'd have seen the great work he did at Swansea. He got a team of average players playing like Barcelona at times this season. If he can re-create that style at liverpool with better quality players then liverpool will be a top four team again no doubt.

100% agree. Messi is world class and the best in the world today but he will never match Ronaldinho's skill, touch, vision and creativity...Not to mention the fact that barca wouldn't be anywhere near where they are today without Ronaldinho.
He made football into an art form and is by far the most technically gifted player there as ever been even compared to pele and maradona.
