In a strange twist made possible by the Major League Soccer playoff format, the Colorado Rapids and San Jose Earthquakes - two Western Conference clubs - square off at Dick's Sporting Goods Park on Saturday night in the Eastern Conference Championship.
The two clubs finished tied on 46 points, placing them fifth and sixth in the Western table in the regular season before earning upset wins over the only two Eastern Conference clubs to qualify for the 2010 MLS Cup playoffs - New York and Columbus.
Looks like a decent match. Should be a good watch
