Roberto Di Matteo Frustrated After West Brom Denied 'Clear' Penalty Against Manchester United

West Bromwich Albion manager Roberto Di Matteo was left frustrated after losing 2-1 to Manchester United and directed his anger towards the referee after the home side were denied a penalty in the first half.

Wayne Rooney opened the scoring early on yet James Morrison equalised and in the 26th minute West Brom thought they had won a spot-kick after Gary Neville brought Graham Dorrans tumbling to the floor only for referee Chris Foy to waive away the appeals.

The story is too old to be commented.

Huge respect for Di Matteo.
With his team who are missing lots of regulars,he managed to frustrate Man Utd and they deserved to at least get a draw

what pissed me off, and relieved me at the same time about our home loss to them was that they beat us with football, not rugby. I'd MUCH rather us being beaten by football than by our opponents breaking our legs, which is why I've been impressed by West Brom and Bolton this season. I know there's more to it, but the basic premise remains:

If your attacking, the other team is defending. If you keep the ball, the other team can't hurt you (within the laws of the game)

All the promoted teams this season were great.
Newcastle plays good not so aggresive football.
Blackpool are great and the manager is hilarious
And West Brom well you know

*facepalm* how could I forget Blackpool, my new favourite team? ;)
