Real Madrid general director Jorge Valdano has maintained hope that they can win La Liga despite falling seven points off the pace.
The 1-0 defeat to Osasuna in Pamplona on Sunday evening saw them fall further behind league leaders Barcelona, but Valdano believes that there are many games left for Jose Mourinho's side to make up for dropped points.
"This club doesn't give up easily," said Valdano after the match, according to Madrid's official website. "We had some very demanding Copa ties to play.
"This was an unexpected outcome, but we have to pick ourselves right up. There is a lot of season left and we have the talent to win all three competitions."
No they can't. Unless Barca pull of a Chelsea, which is unlikely.

Real should make Champions League and Copa del Rey their priorities now. They can still win La Liga, but honestly I don't see that happening xP
They cant take Barca now. And its a big difference on the quality on the two teams.
