Other than this signing I don't see anybody really that great that has been recently signed on for Chelsea. Help me out here since I've kinda stopped keeping an eye out for their signings, but didn't they sign Hulk? Honestly, he doesn't seem THAT great, he seems mediocre on Brazil's national team, although he's done a lot for Porto. Still, it will be interesting to see what oscar does, he's young and seems to have potential.
