I disagree. There is a good way to win and a wrong way to win if you ask me. Look at Real vs Chelsea. Top quality counter attacks after excellent defending over two legs. Chelsea vs Liverpool and Atletico was boring as there was no counter from Chelsea. A draw and a win because Gerrard slipped. I'll take the Real method of defending (and winning) over Chelseas any day of the week.
Only a fool would not choose Real's way of defending then attacking on the counter. Madrid are perfectly suited for the counter with players like Ronaldo and Bale, who are probably the fastest players on the planet. If you look back at the games against city and the reverse fixture against Liverpool, you'll see the bus was not parked, and (with a fully fit squad) we did have effective counters.
@goku, yeah sure, like tonight? It's evident that Bourinho hasn't got a clue tactically when it comes to going forward. Leaving the team in the box the whole match and hoping for lucky breaks hasn't got a patch on what it takes to attack and win.
Sunderland, West Brom, Villa, Atletico, he can't get his team to score when they need to the most. I think Jose is really being found out this year. Negative mentality and being a fool every interview makes him look limited.
hey do what ever you can to win right!? ;)
If you can't beat a bus at football it's your problem, there is no law saying that teams must play open and expansive football.
