Yep- an established manager like Van Gaal should draw in some decent talent. No doubt he'll be scrutinized every step of the way like Moyes was but it comes with the territory.
It does massively detract the best players but it isn't impossible to get some of them, wages will play a massive factor. Especially in the alleged Kroos deal
