Getting another young Englishman on board might not be enough to stop Mancini moaning about the lack of signings at City
Manchester City expect to complete Scott Sinclair's £6.2million signing from Swansea in the next 24 hours
Swansea are resigned to losing Sinclair and Swans boss Michael Laudrup left him out of his squad for Saturday's win over West Ham.
Roberto Mancini would only say "maybe" when asked yesterday about the chances of signing the former Chelsea winger before Friday's deadline.
But it is understood that the clubs have agreed a £6.2million deal.
Sinclair is expected imminently in Manchester for a medical and to finalise personal terms with City.
