im sure its fine. i remember it happening to Evra and rafael during a united game as well but they went on to play the full 90 mins. probably an isolated incident. wouldnt read too much into it though. besides he has some of the best medical staff checking him out so no doubt if it is something big they'll pick it up ASAP.
