Here is the thing, clubs like this are not patient...for anyone. Madrid does not develop players they loan them out or buy the finished deal. As for managers its compounded...

Zidane gets lucky this year because managers that come in mid seasons are not expected to perform miracles. But come this time next year if they arent in first place in a comfortable fashion he will be replaced.
