The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) have dismissed the appeal by Bayern Munich regarding midfielder Franck Ribery's Champions League suspension, meaning the player will not be available for the final on May 22 against Inter.
The former Marseille star was sent off for a foul on Lyon striker Lisandro Lopez in the first-leg of their semi-final clash, earning a three-match ban. Ribery has already served one match of the suspension, sitting out the second-leg.
