(GSM) - Real Madrid are close to signing Maicon from Internazionale.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Real has launched a €28 million bid for the Brazilian international.
Inter were demanding €35 million for their right back, but have now climbed down and are willing to sell for €30 million.
Real's new coach Jose Mourinho has eyed more of his former pupils at Inter and has also asked for Diego Milito and (former Real player) Wesley Sneijder.
