Chelsea are set to renew their interest in Brazilian teenager Neymar, according to a report from The Daily Telegraph.
The youngster signed a new deal with Santos just last week, committing his future to the Brazilian outfit for another five years. Chelsea had a €21 million offer in June for the player rejected, and offered €28m last week, according to the report
