Roma captain Francesco Totti will miss the derby against Lazio after sports judge Giampaolo Tosel handed him a one-game ban and fine.
A two-game ban was expected for the Lupi ace after he raised a hand to Ruben Oliveira, and then tried to chase him down the tunnel for a further confrontation.
Tosel looked at the evidence and decided a one-game suspension was sufficient. Totti was also fined for his actions.
Reports suggest Roma will apply for an emergency appeal in the hope Totti can make the derby, but this has not been confirmed.
