Sky Blue FC of Women's Professional Soccer (WPS) announced today a reorganization of its front office, with Director of Operations Gioia DiFlumeri being promoted to the position of General Manager. Chief Financial Officer Mary Smoot will also assume an expanded role with the team, while head coach and Technical Director Jim Gabarra will handle all soccer operations and player personnel decisions.
