According to reports in the Italian press, the poor lamb was so cut up by the error that led to his side conceding a first-leg lead to their German opponents that he couldn't face being stuck in traffic with his thoughts.
Instead, Cesar chose to leave his car at the stadium and walk back to his house in amongst the fans.
Don't feel too bad for the guy though, apparently he only lives in Milan - and only a short distance from the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
