Premier League side Arsenal haven't won a single trophy in the past six years and highly rated attacker Robin van Persie still awaits his first trophy with the Gunners. They appeared to be on their way to winning the League Cup back in February when Van Persie equalised in the final against Birmingham City. However, Arsenal were unable to complete a comeback and were eventually beaten 2-1. In the following weeks, the London giants were also eliminated from both the Champions League and the FA Cup, much to the disappointment of Van Persie.
