FIFA president Sepp Blatter said he will answer questions about England's failed 2018 World Cup bid according to his conscience.
Blatter was meeting FA chairman David Bernstein at Wembley on Monday as part of his campaign for re-election and many figures in the organisation are still furious at FIFA's complete rejection of the England bid.
FIFA have confirmed Blatter will have just one challenger, Asian confederation chief Mohamed Bin Hammam, in the election on June 1 and both challengers are meeting the FA to seek their support.
