Houston Dynamo forward Will Bruin scored the first hat trick of the 2011 Major League Soccer season on Friday in a 4-1 win over D.C. United, and it was enough for him to earn the MLS Player of the Week award for Week 7.
Bruin opened the scoring after just four minutes when he took a pass from Geoff Cameron and finished off the play from inside the penalty area.
