Chelsea reserves showed a bright future could be ahead for the Blues after a penalty shootout victory against Blackburn in the Premier Reserve League final.
After securing top spot in the southern section of the division with victory over Wolves last week, confidence was rightly high in the camp as the norther division champions came to Stamford Bridge for the final.
What an achievments ! National reserves champions...CONGRATS and they did this without their best players ; McEachran (tired) B.Clifford J.Sala Mitrovic Ince and Daby who were all injured not to mention all the loanees Sturridge,Borini,J Mellis,Bruma,P.V Aanholt etc...
The one who scored the winning penalty is Woods who will leave Chelsea this season...Amazing way to say Goodbye !
