Dramatic late fightback sends Stuart Pearce's men crashing out of European Championships

England Under 21's European dream is over. In a game they needed to win, two late goals from Jan Chramosta and Tomas Pekhart ensured Czech Republic Under-21 progress to the semi-finals as the Young Lions crashed out of the tournament.

The story is too old to be commented.

Pretty pathetic that England can't get out of the group stage. The couch really needs to be sacked. 2 goals scored in 3 games?

Their defense let them down at the end. You could see they were scared. Near the end, everything was rushed and sloppy defensively from them, which is a shame, because up until then they were the better team.

We were the better team because Czech didn't need to attack us, they only needed a draw and they quite happily let us attack them the whole game. Then when we scored they turned on the attack and we fell to pieces. We were so bad.
Muamba or whatever his name was played terrible, never seen him play before but he seemed like he made no effort all game. A few bright sparks though in the England team.

Well they got further than Italy, Germany, Portugal and France so it's not all bad!
