We're not in a Latin American country. Evra is not Latin American. Dont see why Suarez would call Evra a "negro" apart from to upset him and disturb his game. He obviously used it in a derogatory manner to try and get the upper hand and now it's come back to haunt him IMO

The FA have a right to confiscate the footage from other cameras as evidence. They wouldnt just charge him for the fun of it

Stop being stupid. There are loads of cameras around the ground, which must have picked up the incident. The FA surely will be allowed to confiscate the footage taken from these cameras to be used as evidence. Similar to why there were no cameras at the hearing, since it's evidence.
Evra has also never lied about this before. On the other two occasions it was either a deaf guy who lip-read finnans comments, or united's medical staff at chelsea.

Lies. Evra has never made allegations before. The one at chelsea was brought up by united's medical staff and the one with finnan was brought up by a deaf viewer who lip read finnan and complained about him.
