The people it ran by didn't even budge one bit, in fact it looked like they were completely frozen. And if you look at the people above them they didn't react/look at this this thing either. I'm pretty sure if some kind of dark shadow of a person hauling butt ran past a bunch of people there would be some reactions to it.
