To be perfectly honest, I want to see Real Madrid win it. I know, I'm a Barca supporter, but it would be like seeing a new team that's never won it before (even though they've won it 9 times). If anything, Barca can win it next year (if Arsenal don't :p).
And they did it without losing a single game and drawing only twice! Even if they were to lose all of their games now, they still mathematically won it without defeat and that still counts as quite impressive to me.
It's as if he only knows to construct sentences in English using the words "quality", "performance", "attitude" and "sharpness", none of which this current team has going for them.
CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE!!!!
Porto are Liga champions!
Arsenal should go for Bobby Zamora, regardless of how old he is. He's better than any striker they currently have, and he's English. Van Persie would've missed that first goal he scored, and can't make a decent header even if his son's life depended on it.
doesn't even need to think that expensively. Even Valencia's Vicente Guaita would put the ones he has now to shame (except maybe Szczesny)
Don't know why City don't try to attack more. Clearly they have the players to do some serious damage to any defense.
He'd have better players and more money to play with. We'd be able to see what he could really do.
remember, Serie A CL spots down to 3 starting from the 2012-2013 season. Bundesliga gets the extra slot.
Napoli in the Champions League next season? Should be interesting. It will help them to keep hold of their star players for that much longer, before they're eventually stolen by [insert_club_here].
Mistake on my part. Thought I copied the link for this match. In any case, can one of the mods delete this? I was away from my laptop until just this moment(actually decided to go to sleep) after I posted it and didn't catch it.
Give him time, he's still not fully fit. Judge him next season when he's allowed some proper preparation with his new teammates in pre-season first.
Two double compound leg fractures in the last 3 years. I know how you feel about injuries, but the replacements still need to be good enough to fill in (including the mental aspect of not letting such thing negatively affect them), and that's not a luxury neither Liverpool nor Arsenal have or have had for a while.
Oh snap! Unexpected to say the least.
Injuries has been killing them, but the only reason it has been is because Arsenal have the worst second string of all the big teams.
relegation threatened team gain superpowers near the end of the season in a bid to save themselves.
Cracking game! Surprisingly, Chelsea were lucky to escape with a draw. Cech prevented at least three certain goals in the second half.
West Ham's 2-0 and Man Utd's 2-3 pens shouldn't have been given.
Lol The ball is bigger than his head!
He would benefit greatly from the Professor's tutelage, that's for sure.
The problem is, most people that go to watch friendlies go to see the big names play. I say, have less friendlies and stage them in the summer (two, three at most in a 4 week span) so that he can gain a different kind of experience in preparation for the season ahead.
