Never thought I'd see Norway keeping the ball, piling on the pressure, while England counters in 1 - 0. Typically it's the other way around with Drillo.
I don't really know what to expect from the current Norwegian team, but they usually have a chance against anyone on Ullevål Stadium.
I hope it doesn't go through and he has to stay with Inter. After this, that should be fun. You're welcome to Juve though.
Is it me, or is every team making radical changes to their kits lately?
Didn't quite like this one
Obviously, the players have to come from somewhere, and if you buy all of them in an age of 25, instead of putting your resources into scouting and teaching young talent, then you don't really contribute to the sport. Does how Chelsea play in Premier League really matter to how they're doing in Champions League? For all I care they could be play terribly in PL and be relegated, and still well-deservingly win the Champions League. They are two different tournaments all together.
I'm just annoyed that a team with that much money can bring so little to the sport. They don't play quality football compared to other teams at their level, they are riding on luck like no other team at the moment and they have, what one homegrown player? Barca really should have saved all their 'destructive football' complaints for Chelsea instead of Real, because they actually deserve it.
I think most of the world is with me when I say Chelsea does not deserve to win this one.
I really hope Juve wins.
Köln must be the dumbest club in Germany. They've fired 15 managers in 10 years, and fired Solbakken after spending a rather fair sum to secure his contract. The fans are apparently outraged after ending up in the same spot they've ended up each year. Apart from Podolski, Köln is an awful team and if they want to make it one would at least think they'd give a manager some time to build up some stability. But no.
How isn't Hangeland the most important player for Fulham?
He's the captain of the team. Hardly ever makes mistake, was the second most scoring player last season, which is impressive when you're a centerback.
I guess it's very possible, but Real will have a hard time against Bayern. Add some other wild cards like that Barcelona must win their next match against Milan, and that they have to beat Chelsea, which after all is a good team, and it's not a given that anyone particular will meet in the final.
Good goal from Pedersen, but other than that this was Arsenal all the way to the final whistle.
Add Petter Vaagan Moen. QPR management is scandalous
I tried to freeze frame it, and at lesat from that angle he seems to be onside (the leeds left-back is a little behind the others). But what great timing, and what perfect finishing!
Don't know if you've been watching the Euro qualifier, but Ronaldo hasn't been all that good. He was far from at his best against Denmark, even with a free-kick goal and he was pretty much isolated from the other players against Norway.
Not saying that he is wrong to criticize Pep, even though he certainly he is wrong to threaten him, but Zlatan is delusional. Maybe that's what makes him an entertainer, but he is the most distasteful individual in football.
Yeah, you're probably right. But if he's going on a free transfer, maybe there are more possibilities open to him. He'll probably want to play in the biggest league possible though
I suppose he's a little too good for Bordeaux, but if he's headed for somewhere else than France, Juventus maybe?
Molde's playing style does remind me a lot of Manchester United. Now, if Brann takes the cup Norways has two worthy winners this year.
I think he might be their 11x2 spokesman :/
