Liverpool's Alberto Aquilani and Juventus midfielder Felipe Melo in swap of the flops

Alberto Aquilani could be leaving Liverpool and heading to Juventus in an exchange deal involving Brazil international Felipe Melo.

Aquilani has struggled with fitness since joining Liverpool from Roma in a £20 million deal last summer.

Another defensive midfielder in Liverpool...? I think Mascherano and Lucas is enough! Keep Aquilani for another season, I'm sure he'll come through!

this is typical for Liverpool. Buying players they don't need. Why trade Aqulani for Melo. Sell Lucas and keep Aquilani if you have to. If "The Prince" is to blossom on Anfield, he needs to get a more offensive role in the team. Melo has a reputation of being a bit of a primadonna and will probably be hated at Liverpool after a couple of games!
