The players are just at fault as the manager.. if not more.. they are the ones playing.. not the manager.. the manager picks his personal 'best squad' to play the game.. sure some decisions may not be good (Kagawa for example) but there must be a reason? fitness? poor performance? anyway i find it unfair how everything goes to the manager..

Stats are just they're for stats sake, the finisher of the move gets credited (and the assister [is that a word!?]) but that one goal comes from the whole team.. unless the opposition give you the ball.. :L
