It would be VERY interesting to see how they get along.
Imagine Arsenal and Tottenham ground-sharing? Man Utd and Man City? Chelsea and Fulham? WEST HAM AND MILLWALL??? o_0
16m - 18m is what I'd pay for him, but remember, Man Utd spent something like 32m on Berbatov and he's been living up to that price tag this season.
top forwards "this season". Neither of those two have really been in great form this season.
Normally when asked if we need a new 'keeper I'd say yes before you reach so far as the second syllable in the sentence, BUT, Fabianski's been doing well this season. Even after the brain fart against Newcastle, he followed that up with two match winning performances, so something MIGHT truly be different about him this season. If he's still playing well when January comes around, then I'd be content with waiting until next summer to buy a new 'keeper.
Wow! Now I'm REALLY looking forward to 2022.
It has begun...
he's won over a lot of us since joining, myself included
Dortmund still rolling along strongly I see. Still can't help the feeling that they can't go all the way. It would be nice, but it's unlikely.
think they won one of the French cups or something. They're actually on a bit of a roll right now.
the World Cup had never been anywhere near Eastern Europe before and FIFA's in a first-timer awarding mood (South Africa, Brazil, now Russia and Qatar).
I dunno. Based on how the two teams have been playing since appointing new managers, I'd go for either a 2-2 draw or a 2-1 win for Portugal. Remember how lethal Portugal were against Spain on the counter in their recent friendly? I'm not too sure about Argentina's defense yet.
what's with all these mistakes Reina's been making this season?
QATAR FOR 2022!!!!!
Its had never been held in an Eastern European country before, so while I favoured England, I kinda felt Russia and Ned/Bel might be surprise hosts
Russia gets it!
the Darth Vader one was funny as hell
All the presentations are on the page as well if anyone wants to see them
second consecutive 3-2 home loss to a team they should, at least on paper, have beaten. Maybe the wheels starting to squeak a little for Atletico?
at least they can focus on the league now...if that's any consolation
that's what I like about him. His feet are firmly planted on the ground. Even when Barca was tapping up Cesc (admit it) he was (mostly) uninvolved.
