Chelsea are reportedly ready to pay up to £15 million in order to sign Newcastle United striker Andy Carroll, whom they see as a potential replacement for Didier Drogba.
The Sunday Express states that Blues manager Carlo Ancelotti may make his move as early as January because a number of other top Premier League clubs are also monitoring the starlet.
As has been well documented, star striker Drogba is now 32 and cannot go on forever, meaning Chelsea are regularly linked with promising forwards as they bid to replace him for the long-term.
He's 21,Very Talented,Not Expensive,Have a killer instict....Not a bad buy but I still prefer aguero over him
I say he would suit Chelsea better than aguero more Physical
yup but Chelsea play physical so maybe he would be more suitable as a direct replacment
Newcastle should keep hold of him. The fans love him and he's playing fantastic in the team
