Arnab Mondal’s successful stint in the Indian Super League (ISL) with eventual champions Atletico de Kolkata has seen him voice his opinion that other phases of Indian football must implement the same level of infrastructure on and off the field to significantly enhance improvements in the level of football throughout the country.
