Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is in contention with the bookies to win a prize this season - the Premier League sack race.
The Italian, who was parachuted in last December to replace the sacked Mark Hughes, is trading at 5.50 to be given his marching orders first in the new season. Mancini is under serious pressure to deliver Champions League football next season as a minimum with the owners of the big spending Citizens making noises about winning the league title itself.
