Hapoel Tel Aviv qualified for the Champions League group stage for the first time in their history tonight. Following last week's 3-2 victory in Salzburg, the Israeli side were able to advance, after a 1-1 draw in tonight's home leg. A first half own goal by Douglas da Silva made the game close, but was later cancelled out by Eran Zahavy's stoppage time equaliser.
