For a franchise entering just its third season in Major League Soccer, Seattle Sounders FC has accomplished a lot, advancing to the playoffs both seasons and winning back-to-back U.S. Open Cups.
But the ultimate prize has eluded the Sounders, who lost in the opening round of the playoffs each season. Now, Seattle wants to lift the MLS Cup to add to its incredible start in the league.
