Roberto Mancini: Carlos Tévez is 'not my problem' anymore

Tévez has been suspended for two weeks by City after he refused to come on as a second half substitute during their Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich on Tuesday night, a show of defiance which prompted Mancini to declare at the time that Tévez was 'finished’ as a City player.
The Argentine was absent from training on Thursday as the first-team squad prepared for tomorrow’s trip to Blackburn with City launching a full investigation into the incident at the Allianz Arena.

He needs to get fired without pay. He sighed on to play and he was fit to play but he just didn't want to. Fire him and get rid of that virus.

.... but that would throwing away a fortune, so it would hurt the club more than the player.

Instead, just punish him by giving him running-training for 3 months straight, and after 3 months of running, you put him on the bench, send him out to warm up for half an hour, and in the last 2 minutes of the game you bring him on.

That way, the player has been punished, you're not throwing away money, all the other players also get the message, and the coach comes off pretty damn good as well.

Perfect solution.
