barcas play style wont suite bale at all. barca are all about short one-touch passes. heck, it takes em 200 passes to get to the halfway line. bale enjoys running down the wing, likes to take more than just one/two touches on the ball. he will be a flop at barca.
Would be a great signing for Barca but I think he just really love it at Tottenham.
Abidal in his thirties after a serious operation as well this would make sense to replace top class player by another top class player
