Yesterday (27/1) I was at the KNVB Beker match from Ajax against NAC Breda. This was a special match, not only because it was a Quarter Final match, but also because the ULTRAS from Amsterdam had a birthday party! The group 'VAK 410' born in Jan 26, 2001 and they celebrate ofcourse their 10th anniversary! I joined VAK 410 this evening.
Before the match started, VAK 410 planned a BIG corteo from our Supportshome to Zuid J (their entree). This was a huge succes, it was like that a group of animals was escaped from a zoo! It was massive with a lot of voice, drums and fireworks!
In the warming up, the players showed the 10th anniversary t-shirts presented to the players at the training the day before. And when the match started the first TIFO was a fact. And that was not all because their was more to come. One TIFO was a bit failed as it was inversely. But with 3/4 TIFOS in one match, then something can go wrong. Visual support was big, but the vocal support was also really big as the whole stadium was celebrate and sing, East, West, South and North. And it was not even sold out!

So, this was my blog about the 10th anniversary of Ultras Amsterdam. I am exciting if you are also supporting a Ultras Group of your club and if they make great TIFOS!
