Last season, Xavi and Iniesta had a combination of just 9 assists for Messi. It's just pure ignorance if anyone thinks he's only good because of them. Ronaldo and Messi are both exceptional players and both of them rely heavily on their team-mates, and there is nothing wrong with that because football is a team sport after all.
Both Ronaldo and Messi were brilliant last year and they both deserve it. Shame only one could win it. Anyways, wtf is Messi wearing?
We tried to sell him abroad. Apparently, Barca and Madrid weren't interested but we were ready to sell him to Juve for only 10 million. But he didn't want to go. We had no other choice but to sell him to United.
Sad thing is, Tottenham are really starting to show consistency and are playing better football than us atm. I don't think they'll be having another slip this season.
Sign Da Ting!!!
Walcott may lack most of the qualities needed for a CF but he's getting the job done. Giroud could have had a hat-trick too and Ramsey actually played well, Koscielny and Vermaelen partnership at the back is finally looking good. I'm really enjoying this winning streak we're on. I just hope that when it ends, a string of bad results doesn't follow.
So after just a few bad games, you want Mourinho out? And Ronaldo as well? Wow.... And whom are you planing to replace them with? There is obviously something going on behind the scenes, hence why they're playing badly. But lets not forget, Mourinho's Madrid is probably the only team I've seen in recent years to go head-to-head with Barcelona and match them in attack. Winning a league with Barca as the competitor is not easy. If it wasn't for him, Barca would be on their way t...
Downing's best game in a Liverpool shirt
Walcott's performance as a center forward wasn't good enough. He just couldn't hold on to the ball when his back was turned towards the goal. Ironically, his only good contribution in the game was when he came in from the RIGHT SIDE and won us a penalty.
I wasn't surprised at all. I kinda knew we'd be facing either Barca, Bayern, Juve or Dortmund. We've always been unlucky in the draws.
Ronaldo finally returns to Old Trafford!
Wenger's not the problem, the board is. It's the board who're actually sucking the life out of the club. It doesn't matter if Mourinho or even Guardiola comes in, it's the board who're stingy and only want profits. No manager can succeed with this greedy board and an owner, who I'm sure doesn't give a rat's ass about our club. What pisses me off most, is how we lost all our players that Wenger bought in when he started concentrating on youth. All those time...
Why should he? Legends like Gerd Mueller and Di Stefano didn't switch clubs at their prime, neither did the greatest footballer to ever play the game, Pele. I don't get what's wrong with that. He's being loyal to a club that really helped him through difficult times. What about players like Maldini, Adams and Scholes who've spent their entire career at one club? Are they not great players as they didn't prove themselves in other leagues? As for the "His team-mates...
He's probably gonna end up at City.
I would also add Juve to the list. They're definitely a contender now
The premier league may still be the most competitive but the top La Liga and Bundesliga teams are definitely better than the best the EPL has to offer
Well, no one is
Sterling is absolutely phenomenal for a 17 year old.
Great performance! Adebayor's sending off probably changed the game but we did well in taking advantage and turning it around
It's as if they think after sacking Wenger, we'll automatically start splashing big money on players like Falcao and Cavani. It'll not happen, not until the current board is still in control of the club. The only reason we had quality players like Fabregas and van Persie in the first place with such a tight budget was because of Wenger. It's because of him we still have the likes of Wilshere and Cazorla in the team.
